METRO Light Rail
It doesn’t matter which hotel you’re staying at because Phoenix’s brand new METRO light rail system will make it easier than ever for you to get to the Phoenix Convention Center and all the hot spots around the city. Fully up and operational by the end of December, the METRO promises no long lines, no long walks, and just $2.50 for an unlimited all-day pass. Every hotel that we’ve blocked rooms with has a METRO stop right out front, so getting to the convention center will be a breeze!

The METRO will also take you to great destinations in the evening or in your spare time, including uptown and downtown Phoenix and Tempe restaurants, Arizona State University, downtown Tempe’s Mill Avenue shopping district, Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, Diamondbacks baseball, and the Dodge Theater. Ready and raring to go by the end of December, the METRO's service day will begin at 4:45 a.m. Trains will depart all platforms for the last full-trip at 11 p.m., arriving at their respective ends-of-the-line at midnight. Trains will run every10 minutes from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays; every 15 minutes on weekends

AirTran is the official airline for Imaging USA 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Call 866.683.8368 to book your airline reservations.
- Receive a 10% discount off the lowest available one-way fare
- Refer to Meeting ID Number “PHX010809” and name the event “PPA Imaging USA” to get the special discount
- Travel agents and attendees must book all EventSavers reservations directly with the EventSavers Desk to receive the 10% discount. Reservations booked through a travel agent or online will not qualify for the discount.

Car Rental (at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport)
The Rental Car Center is located at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South and accommodates all airport rental car companies, rental counters and vehicles. The facility is open 24 hours, seven days per week. Upon arrival in Phoenix, proceed to the airport curb in the baggage claim area and look for the Rental Car Shuttle pick-up area. The Rental Car Shuttle will take you to the Rental Car Center. For general information, call 602.683.3741, Monday-Sunday, 8:30am-5:00pm Mountain time. Convention Center Parking
Parking is available in underground and adjacent parking garages. The Phoenix Convention Center features fully accessible routes from all parking and transportation areas. Super Shuttle
The airport shuttle is available for transportation to and from all Imaging USA hotels. The shuttle is located outside each terminal baggage claim area on the outside outer curb. Look for the Shared Ride Van Service sign. Rates vary depending on the hotel location. Call 800.258.3826 (refer to code “4A3E3” to get a discount) and make your reservation. Taxi Cabs
Taxis are located near baggage claim. Average cost from the airport to downtown hotels is $16-$20 for up to four people.
